Phase 1: Observation of birth
Phase 2: Assistant midwife
Phase 3: Supervised student midwife
This practice believes strongly in the apprenticeship model of training midwives to be strong competent midwives. We are deeply grateful for clients who believe in training the next generation of midwives to serve their grandchildren.
Currently apprenticeship openings for phase 3 (supervised student midwife) are closed until 2028.
